Would the original two major shareholders, having been an advantage at the outset, be disadvantages to financing? Would a major financing partner be concerned about Nyrstar's approximately 19.9%? Nyrstar hasn't funds to make a takeover offer. Would/could a major financing partner gain enough shares to dilute Nyrstar's (and our) holding? I'm unschooled so don't take my speculation as significant please. Would like views, thanks.
