My opinions in short:

1. This is a Tier 1 deposit, this was mined before and will be mined again.
2. Management appears to be doing everything they can. The question in my mind is: are we helping the management enough?
3. People and companies try to get a low share price when they want to buy, why are we angry with them?
4. There are plenty of 'true believers' in this company and I am one of them. I think lot of the retail shareholders remain in this company at the current share price are in this category (or really deep in red).
5. Instead of whingeing against down-rampers or 'the enemy within', why not the true believers get together and tell the management that we want the company to go mining (no TO). One Chinese company getting control over this huge deposit is not good for EV market health, I think.
6. If someone with a relatively large holding with knowledge and capability come forward and collate the true believer (go mining) supporters data, this will help everyone, especially AVZ to deal with the 'enemy within'.
7. There are less than 10,000 shareholders in this company, with about 1700 shareholders with more than 100,000 shares, so it is not a big job in collating the true believer shareholder data.
8. I have about one million shares in three accounts and I will be staying for long.
9. If we get together as a group, it will not be difficult for us as a group to get one or two board positions.
10. If someone with a certain standing come forward with a true believer tag line or similar and act as a link between the management and the true believers, I pledge my support to him (with my one million shares) to get him a board position.

I generally read most liked posts, so to get wider publicity on this idea, please like it if you are a true believer.

No pain, no gain. We are all in pain, but there is almost no additional pain in implementing this idea. 

Good luck to all, but acting together we can make our own luck. I hope I am not breaking any laws by suggesting this idea of shareholder activism. As mentioned earlier, just my opinions.
