Resolution 7 states that the 200 million shares to raise additional funds had to be raised within 3 months of the AGM meeting.
As from the conversation i had with Dean R, he said that the 200 million shares are no longer an option, as they have expired!
The company would have to go back to all shareholders to get approval to issue more new shares.
