You are probably right given you have spoken to Dave R. However, I noted that the term:

"or such later date as approved by ASX" was included in

"(b) the Shares will be allotted and issued on a date no later than 3 months after the date of this General Meeting or such later date as approved by ASX";

Don't know what would be required to get the ASX approval if still possible. It may be too late to get that approval.

However, nothing makes sense unless they have some predetermined options for getting funding for La Punta as the issue of funding was know prior to acquiring 20% of the Chicuaco Block on the 7th December 2007.
