    This is positive information and is obviously aimed at having full control of Burbanks. In doing that it will also make it an efficient operation by having enough feedstock to keep Burbanks running at full capacity. That in turn will allow it to be financially efficient and produce a good cashflow if it is able to run without disruptions.
