Who would have thought that once upon a time the strength of the company was its big shareholders, now turning into a blockage. NPV $1bn and no one wants it??? Glencore selling down, Nyrstar not interested. I would suck up to the Chinese to get things going. Another option is to get Greenland to assist in the funding. Very much in their interest that this goes ahead. No mine=no jobs or tax income.
