There must have been an indication they would do this prior to this announcement, right? No one to blame but myself for missing it. If not, it's very bad form.

They have been listed for several years now, have done multiple capital raisings and have $10mil cash with no debt.

On 31 August we were told 'The company is well capitalised to fulfill it's business needs"

Raising more capital at this stage is ringing alarm bells for a penny stock that is increasingly looking like a pyramid scheme.
