so in theory there is an offer on the table pending SRZ doing some DD to support whatever deal has been offered. burn their 800k on prepping st dizier and the tailings for processing at g2. subsequently g2's LOM goes from 2 years to 10 years and enables both companies to conduct regional exploration... such as at Central H.

youre right it just makes too much sense to not be the plan. ELT has bailed on tassy and is now focused on spain and ARD and VMS are too far behind.

i wonder how it goes down.. ANW hands over 5 mil and just takes it? i suppose the writing was on the wall when they decided to build a monster TSF for a 2 year mine life....
