Snacks...
Firstly, I had absolutely nothing to do with CVI rising...to think otherwise is ludicrous. I think you should consult "chicken and egg theory 101"...I buy because of the story and potential for a rising price, the story does not develop because I am buying.
Further, in "supporting the stock", it was not about pumping or manipulating (ie, selling at a profit), or anything of the sort, it was about "surprising" the game players, who for example might prop a big capping line a point or two above the price to scare people out...my view was to take them out then watch as their push to knock it down failed on the back of them being suddenly being forced to buy back more stock than they intended.
End result = zero net sum game!
Problem was...and I state this again...people like yourself buying and selling half a point later, provided the fodder for players like Global to kill the stock off for their own advantage.
Their advantage = shareholders disadvantage!
These combined influences have directly lead to the issue you discuss of "long termers" sitting on their hands when they might otherwise have supported or indeed even bought up the stock when she was vulnerable. In fact, I suspect some have actually sold out instead, or at least thinned down.
I really have to say though, most of your other comments appear to stem from a somewhat twisted view on the behavior of CVI and the markets in general...and in particular the whole concept of me "controlling" the price in any way from 6c...absurd actually.
Equally, suggestions I have "lost control" are just as insensical.
But I do accept however...indirectly, due to my coverage of CVI and flag this becomes for those who have developed trading regimes around said comments, then yes there is a likely cause and effect scenario.
As you may have noticed, my comments on other stocks are short and sweet these days...just to flag for others that which I see developing. Again however, you have misread my intentions in assuming my agenda is to encourage others to buy so I can sell...absolutely, categorically, this is not my motive.
Period!
I have posted this before, either you choose to ignore it, or simply have not seen it...but I make more profits, far more consitently, from those stocks that I never post on.
These are stocks I buy and sell, typically trades but some investments, where it is unlikely I can be targetted...and entirely impossible for me to have any influence on the stock via other posters.
There are forces permiating through HC which are to say the least, very unsavory...the effective targetting and subsequent removal from the forum of Tony Shoer (PLV CEO), which if I might say, was rather clinically orchestrated by the media puppets playing to the tune of the puppet-masters, which of course are the funds and instos. In my mind this event gives a clue to the sort of targetting we see in the stocks I comment on...which is why we see activity above and beyond normal market expectations.
Perhaps there are those who want me to move on like Tony has...god knows they have already set their media puppets after me.
If I was smart, I would join "their" cause and turn against HC and their retail posters, trading against them (shorting, or pump and dumping) and generally embark on a misinformation campaign designed to render HC inefective.
The aim of course would be to reduce the attraction of HC and drive posters back to the full-service brokers, analysts, managed funds and even proviate subscriptions...and ultimately, go back to reading the papers for my market updates.
But, I do digress....lol
Anyway, my point being, the stocks I do not post detailed analysis on do not get targetted...and on these I make far more money.
This of course entirely negates your argument about why I post, but given your stated trading regime, I do forgive you for not comprehending that one might not actually be out to feed off others in their market pusuits.
Lets call a spade a spade...it is obvious from your posting patterns that when you hold and want to trade out you find everything there is to say of a positive nature, or siply say nothing...but when you have sold and what to trade back in, you go an a dirt digging spree, with the explicit goal of messing with peoples heads.
In short, you enhance your trading approach by influencing the outcome of the daily trading...
"Just double check it over say 6 months CVI (like others) can operate in a predictable range.(when it steps outside that range (unpredictable) in other words you have no say in outcome of price, (or turnover too big or too small) stop investing
"in other words you have no say in outcome of price"
Care to explain?
A cynic might suggest such comments indicate the active participation in on-screen depth manipulation, which coupled with forum posting antics impacting the psychology of certain posters, greatly enhances volatilty at the edges of the trading ranges...from which one might benefit.
Said cynic may even go further to suggest this would give one reason to be upset at the thought of a current ASX surveillance issue, on the basis of which they would realise they may well be looked into via their trading bids and patterns.
Karma.
Cheers!
