well thats right. but silver wont stay at that level for too long, its already under supply preasure. only because its manipulated that it is priced so low. im saying the 90% wont last long. there is a silver shortage. its no secret. neither is the manipulation a secret. if someone starts to buy PHYSICAL SILVER in large quantities, push may come to shove and the silver price could go to the price levels it should be. $50 per oz is not out of the question. and thats conservative.
