Yes, I think you are right.
By way of comparison have a look at Linc Energy's (LNC) share price over the last month or two as the commissioning of their demonstration plant progresses, people are watching and progressively climbing on board as it gathers momentum. They haven't produced anything yet, just gathering steam.
