Don't believe everything you read the media needs to sell papers etc and there are heaps of two bit analysts’s who want to make a name for themselves. There will be some pain from those that have to sell in the mortgage belts etc but with the huge jump in rental values and the fact that will continue there will be big offsetting factors too. It will not be a full blown crash the government will intervene along with the RBA if it comes to that long before that especially if they want to stay in Govt. I doubt intervention will be necessary though.
