Yes..you are correct in some parts imo..But the big question is.. he was involved..and it was a fantastic project..he found it..others helped to build it..
I guess TD wants KIN to progress into something positive for everyone. I guess that’s why he appointed others to do what he could not do.. he trusted others to do a job.. they let him down and SH down. At least he is honest enough to say and step down for professionals to do what he could not and they were meant to do.. I still feel the founders needs to be part of the Board. Hate to lose TD if he understands and knows where to find the gold too others....think about it.
