I highly suspect that The 249D proponents will communicate with all shareholders in due course outlining their side of things and more importantly what they see as the way forward.
as for Dixon how anyone can say he is capable of being a director of a publicly listed company, no matter his shareholding, I don’t know. He simply is not up to the job as history shows.
