@mcnamm, I've just received your mail and I would like to sincerely thank you for your actions
You ought to be commended for taking such actions. I really hope that the voting goes in line with your recommendations and that CYP management would take their time to understand these items that you've listed. A little nudge here and there would help to keep CYP management on their toes
and that in the end we'll all benefit from a sustained higher SP.
