    Batboy, You are right they seriously need to turn this around fast


    Cartesian payments due this month and in Feb 2019  of around $1.7m plus each - that's around $3.5m plus


    Refer to annual report for compensations and penalties if paid late  and then they have the CN conditions  etc....
