DKSH have no natural position in Titanium. They are a marketing office essentially. Hell, I could do that. Its great for DKSH as they'll be clipping the ticket for putting producer and buyer into a transaction but they are not consumers.
A binding offtake with an end user is what I was hoping to see.
This announcement is kind of desperate. All it is, is the Board trying to hit some runs before the AGM.
