Fact check.
100% LOM TiO2 product up to 150,000t per year. What happens to the the other ~ 100,000t per year from year 5 onward (stage 2).
It is not really a 100% offtake for LOM, only years 1-4. If expansion to stage 2 not intended, NPV would significantly reduce.
