What happened to the story that Titanium customers required the product to be specifically configured to the unique requirements of the end user? This was the reason we were given for the delays on Tivan flow sheet and the slow pace was of a TiO2 off-take agreement. Now that we are selling to a middle man who could be selling to any number of end user - was that all bull crap?
