Thanks gman. Unless you have a ready replacement i think the risk of losing the deals is too great in the short term and frankly without deals there won't be a long term. Clyde seems to believe that he is painfully aware of the situation and his predicament. Is he though if there is little prospect of a replacement? Some believe the new guys will be the answer. Dont know about that but on balance i think carter will have to stay. But the remuneration should still be a NO
