re: chomper alert - for fred A friend of my dad who lived across the road to us had a big Vincent with a sidecar. He used it to go to work on it every day summer or winter. He was a big guy but some days that big old engine would kick back on the kickstart and he would nearly do a somersault over the handles - he always let loose a stream of profanities that we could hear from the kitchen as we sat down for breakfast - we all would roar with laughter!
