what a useless post, it's % not $ that matters... 25% to a "small fish" may mean a lot more financially than even 50% to others, you can't grow the iron stomach that let's you deal with large draw downs overnight, it takes time and exposure - this is the exposure part - you're basically complaining about the fact there is a learning curve. Anyway, the positive is that if you've got spare change and conviction you can buy on the way down as well as it offering the opportunity to make people really challenge their thinking, and if they sell, live with that outcome and potentially pay the premium if they want back in when there's "hard evidence" in front of them. I think, putting the temporary red aside, it's not too bad a thing.
