In announcement 24-10-2018 "CSA Global completing the Scoping Study for release in October 2018", so they are still inside their deadline, until tomorrow.

They will be frustrated with any delays at the ASX as KRC would have submitted to them prior to releasing to the public.
Tomorrow is the last business day of October 2018 so I am quite sure we will see the vanadium SS released.

I can imagine it will be full of as much detail that they can disclose under the ASX rules and compliance and not like the Fluorspar SS otherwise we will see the SP drop.
