I have expressed my opinion to the company that a good time to recon would be June 09 i.e. after the options have expired. Also the SP should be significantly higher by that stage.

Although I hope they listen to us shareholders at the end of the day its their call.

Also the vendor of the Toli Toli company will have a huge say given they will own 50% of the fully paids and options.

In any case, short term, I dont see anything to worry about.
