I question the legitimacy of why we went to war!!!!!WITH OUR AMERICAN AND BRITISH FRIENDS!!!!

We were lied to and everything up to the point of war was a lie just to manipulate our perception and distort our understanding of what is and was really going on.

The democratic world has been poorly represented by the biggest democratic country in the world..THE US...the one that stands for liberty and the right to free speech and to bare arms!!!

We now after the invasion into Iraq have turned the democracies of world governance into nothing more than a dictatorship in the likes of what they said they were against.

Someone posted about deaths and freedoms in Iraq....I think you are misguided in your understanding of the situation there. The country is in chaos and has now really political leadership to properly govern the country. The country is as it was before divided into factions of religious orientations trying to gain power in there own right. The history of the region has been no different for centuries and will continue to be dominated by this type of geo political strata for a good time to come.

I feel the issue for the war in Iraq etc....which is being unfortunately over looked is what credibility is needed to actually allow the governing party of a country to sign its countries men and woman to a war footing with another. It was plainly obvious at the time leading up to the war in Afgan and Iraq that the powers at be in the US were hurting and trying to show a face against the attack on the world trade center. Intelligence was fed to the government which was and has been show to be wrong or at least very misguided.

Our Prime Minister has sent Ausralian men and woman to war on nothing more than a lie. We as Australian citizens have been lied to in an endeavour to produce an campaign on fear, tampa , border security etc. We now live in a society which is not what our fathers fought for but one which freedom is now a vale of illusion. We are being controlled by the popular media and you are now witnessing the beginnings of THE REAL BIG BROTHER, "1984"

All I can say just submit...you know you want to!!! God gave you free will so a book once said, but as I type this the free will you once had is slowly eroding and you are willingly allowing it to happen.

The ironic thing to all this is......

DOES IT MATTER???? Of course not!!

AND WHO CARES???? Your children will!!!
