Something I have not given a lot of though to but it is important. I think the governance structure of BRL needs to be discussed. For one their board is only 4 big. I think they need at least 1 more. But more concerning is that 2 or half of the board, also have exec roles in the firm. Tacon is the CEO and Westerhouse is the CFO. It might be all the rage in the USA to have a CEO being chairman etc. But this is just not good enough. I think they should be challenged on this at the AGM.
