This is a great article. It doesn't get bogged down in the noise and obfuscation of complicated transactions.
The simple premise is that performance fees are highly likely to have been overpaid. For shareholders sake, I hope ASIC step in and bring the hammer down on management. I feel for you all and hope you pursue management to the greatest legal extent you can.
