Should be 3.7m with a further 2m on deposit, plus 3m from insurance settlement the company will have the total of 8.7m in cash on hand.
With plenty of cash on hand the company don't need CR in the coming year and more importantly don't need to accept a lowball offer from potential partners, IMO.
