I'm pretty sure he was genuine. None of us have done our money yet. Yes we have been fee bled (another reason to keep the lawyers out) but even after the updated Auditor reports has bludgeoned the value of the businesses they still affirm that they do exist, are operational and have real value. I keep repeating to myself, let us hear about these businesses. This is where most of our money now is
Just looking at 2 of them
https://www.riskandsecurity.com.au/about-us/ This looks like a good business. It appears a roll up that has not been done before. God knows every doctors surgery, pet store, vet store has been rolled up so why not this industry. Does anyone know the industry to comment on this?
https://crowncurrency.com.au/about/testimonials/ again this is a solid business. I asked Chloe at my local Westfield and she was happy with them. Aside- I put the testimonials URL for Crown because an observant eye will read one of the testimonials and see one from a "Bridgeman Baptist Church" - buying money to go on a mission to Solomon Islands and think gotcha, this won't be real this is a fake review, as I first thought. Well, blow me down but there really is a Bridgeman Baptist Church and it is in Brisbane. They also have - get this...Bridgeworld, Bridgecare and Bridgeman City! I'm afraid to click in case I see a picture of Pastor Stu in a frock with a flock http://www.bridgeman.org.au/connect/bridgeman-city/
Anyway, I think there is a good business here and the currency business alone is IPO able. I am keen to see their explanation as to why we would agree to the deal. Obviously going to NSX is a temporary move and we won't be able to sell those shares until back on ASX, so will ASX let it/us/them come back on?
JBSomething are making an offer to buy our shares....would we be better off bringing them over into us? Merge BHD, HML and all of them into HML? Add fresh directors and let Stu sail off and find pirate treasure somewhere else. I don't know the register but imagine there would be a bit of overlap
