    • Your wording does state "Are POSSIBLE as early as Q3 FY2018 when initial ……COULD start" It does not state that the Military will be purchasing however it may mean the clothing company may be…..All IMO.… The company also stated in their past communications that they didn't wish to promise what could not be delivered thus possible, could etc.
