I have no inside information ... but what would you do if you were the Mauritanian banker (I forget his name now) with a large investment in Baraka - which he no doubt invested in FOR ITS MAURITANIAN assets - and was about to see it go down the tubes because of the Colombian dabbling. If I was him, I would try to protect my investment by trying to take total control of Baraka's share of the Mauritanian assets .... I seem to remember someone saying $2-$3M
