I'm not a lawyer, but I can't see that VGI have done anything wrong. They released the report on the weekend, and CTD's reply was out prior to trading taking place.
They did have correct points too, on the vacant premises and the patents. The rest wasn't an issue. IMO.
Now onwards and upwards - I would hope.
