    The speed of pharmaceutical approvals, you will need those 10 years. Anyone would have thought by the way people carried on 2 weeks ago that this would be available on the shelf in a week..reality check....long way to go. Once again it's retail left holding the ball as traders had a ball and are now snorting the ball
