Not sure on Griffin but they mentioned that their new retailer license is plus because the regulator isn't giving out exemptions now which they did to allow new entrants competition etc. So maybe the others don't have exemptions from regulators and they're part of a process. We know they got the retailer license so it's more bureaucratic than anything is my guess. But there's always a chance with any process it doesn't go to plan.
