p2 of interim financial report

'The Directors consider that for the Group to continue as a going concern, there must be an accommodation reached with the large unsecured creditors such that the orderly realisation of the investment in the Stella Group can occur within the same timeframe as the amounts owing to these creditors become due and payable.'

Are they saying here that the Group will have to sell off their 35% Stella stake before these debts become due (most in 2011) or does 'orderly realisation of the investment' mean something else?
