I'm pretty sure the BB is restricted to a price at max of $4.03ish today so there won't be any buying unless there is a drop.
I think tomorrow it will rise to $4.10 or thereabouts (as the trading from 25/10 drops off the 5-day VWAP) so potentially they may be able to re-start then.
The way it is going up at the moment (note however it is FMG so we all expect it to be short-lived) the BB isn't driving it - as they have a maximum price that is below the trading price.
