    SIPC/AED FIRB Approval
    In relation to the SIPC/AED proposed Joint Venture, AED is pleased to announce
    that it has been advised by Sinopec (SIPC) that the application to the Foreign
    Investment Review Board (FIRB) has been approved.
    Applications for PRC and Northern Territory Government approvals have been
    lodged and are in progress
    The Company will continue to keep the market informed of its progress.
