Something has to be at play with these directors, I’m just not sure what the game is. My feeling is that something will happen early next year so they can cash in on their escrowed founders shares (40 odd million of them). If nothing happens then it’s just a pass go and collect directors fees situation until there’s nothing left.
Will be interesting to see how BCC vote at AGM. I’ll be voting ‘No’ on all resolutions.
