As at end of Sept, draft term sheets have been prepared by all parties....
Term sheets are normally the important considerations that each party
wants, they may not necessarily conform to other parties.....these term
sheets are essentially the major sticking points, if agreement by all
parties is achieved the rest should be a walk in the park...we'll see...
