Yes Acc. I think to much emphasis has been put on the "patent". I think we do well to remember:
- not critical to our business plan
- on going process in the hands of our Patent Attorney WRAYS
I think the subject means different things to different people (holders and non holder). To holders it is a protection if granted and to non holders it is a dirty block for other stocks..(Block as in it creates uncertainty for others seeking a CR) I think it is both to some degree IMO and can understand the attention it has gotten. What hasn't helped is the way ATC presented the info to the market. That has been fixed now and the cup is going in the dishwasher...........................
For everyone not happy with the risk don't buy. For those happy with the risk/reward ratio JUMP ON.
