Only 3 posts ever on HC, all on VRS, yet you don't hold and are encouraging people to sell??

I checked out the staff who left - looked like juniors (they didn't even make the management list on website for the smaller Co. they went to). Very few options cancelled re: Ann's so few in more senior ranks.

Buying some business at lower rates is an age old way of cross-selling to existing customers once you broaden your offer. The statements about increasing margins weren't of course good news - but are logical. If they were locked into low rates/margins, the comments in the last release re: increasing over remainder of FY19 would be misleading ... and I think the Directors have better reputations than that.
