Thx Jimmy - I referred to the announcement 21 Aug 2018, and could not see any details.
I agree the upfront payment of $15m is referred to in 28 Aug. PRT still does not give any detail as to the extent to which Affiliation fees will rise? Evidently they paid an upfront fee of $13m back in 2013 deal.
So s/h cannot get an understanding of just how much ongoing earnings will be affected. I would have thought that info is Material, because it is such a Material expense.
