Struggling yes as the company said the equity would have been sorted by June. Its November and not any closer whilst they risk diluting more than initially promised to gain what, a few extra months. If that doesn't say egos over optimising shareholder value then idk what does.
Since last year I have flagged issues and concerns over management quality amongst other quirks that were regularly rebuffed. Given the negative shock around asking for more equity capacity fake news on patents and such, haven't been wrong to question management quality.
