    The dip in advertising revenues is a perplexing one.  I wonder whether it has anything to do with the take-up rate of the App and hence the nature of advertising buying.  From what i understand, advertising is increasingly being bought and sold via programmatic platforms and it may be that the Rent app (and indeed the website) are not integrated with the biggest and fastest growing programmatic advertising platforms. Just speculating.
