We know HDR is still undervalued. The T/O rumors have helped of late but the fact is that Mauritania is a new world class oil province, 10's of billions of barrels waiting to be found. Tiof has given the pessimists the confidence required to confirm the above statement. For the die hards it was never an issue, just the need for a hell of a lot of patience. Enjoy it as we certainly deserve it, particularly those of us that have watched our fortunes come and go on so many occasions.
