Is that a bullish Harami cross on the charts today?
I reckon the deal is due to be signed any day - just do the maths from last announcement (2 months by end of week) - "not if but when". Increased volume as well ...hmmm, keep an eye on it towards end of this week.
I like the bit about production trebling in a bullish gold market after the leases are signed ;)
