Choco , the settlement was for A$2.5m, not $4m, and dumping the product wouldn't have resolved the issue.
I wished they just told the Germans where to stick their case, but it was no longer worth fighting. It was something that had to be resolved, for us to move forward. Job done.
There was good coin made on this and other small cap bio stocks over the last month, and a fair few holders took some profits off the table, with a few imo buying back in at current levels. The big money is still to come.
