these are always the choices

depends on what i think will happen

so far I've been very wrong

if I'm ultimately right then averaging down is an ok strategy

if I'm wrong then I'm wrong ......tough for me

the company has some money and a line of credit to keep going for now so there is time to turn it around

i think they accept the plant is a problem and have it as best as it can be after the visit from the man from gekko.  so nows the time to go for it 

i think they were sensible to not run as much as they could of tailings and fresh ore through as they knew things were not working with HM3 as expected.

even now they know they need additional equipment such as a floatation circuit and ultimately CIL.  so not much production is no surprise. we were expecting this.

I'm pleased to hear that the mine development is going really well and that the grades are continuing to be great. there is an additional bogger so that will improve reliability and delivery of ore to the mill

 Also the recent CIL result from mestre was a mined diluted sample and truly representative.  we know the grades are getting even better. 

i think they would accept that spending the money from the cap raise on exploration was a mistake but thats in hindsight when they thought HM3 was the answer.  to their credit they've said as much and are now going to spend some money on underground drilling at cascavel . I'm really frustrated that they didn't do that a long time ago. 

this qtr is make or break. some say its already broken and was a long time ago

i think we are getting things under control although very slowly, and will survive.
