Interesting reasoning nissassa. You may be correct but I think it will just be an update, as forecast some weeks back. My reasoning:

1. Given the long lead time, they would not have said that they would only be giving an update at the AGM if there was any chance of finalising before then.
2. Under the rules of continuous disclosure they cant save up such material information for 'theatrical' reasons.
3. The quarterly indicated that independent validation studies were being undertaken, presumably at the request of potential lenders who were not happy with the 'indepdndent' BFS report prepared by AUZ's consultants. Those studies will take time and are very unlikely to be completed, digested and reviewed prior to the AGM
