Would make sense the ASX asks questions. it's no different to come other companies quoting the in ground value of their resources which is pointless if you can't get it out economically.
Even still, if we are looking to farm out 20% off for the cost of drilling the well ($20m) that values the grounds pre-drilling at $100m+ with obvious upside if there can be conversion to reserves. Soverign risk an issue in Africa but less so if the president himself is excited and on board, Zimbabwe needs this econimically and for general power supply
Considering the current market cap diluted including Scott's performance shares, this should hammer next week.
